Introduction
This policy outlines the rules and guidelines for the use and management of holiday homes. It aims to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests while protecting the property and the interests of the owners.
Booking and Reservations
Eligibility: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book a holiday home.
Reservations: All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. Full payment is required at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy: : Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will incur a 50% charge. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 14:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability
Check-out: 12:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and an additional fee.
Occupancy and Use
Maximum Occupancy: Each holiday home has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be adhered to at all times.
Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed without prior written permission from management.
Property Care
Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay. A security deposit required and will be refunded after inspection of the property.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property. A cleaning fee is included in the booking, but excessive cleaning required after departure may incur additional charges.
Pets: Pets are not allowed/
Safety and Security
Emergency Contacts: Emergency contact information is provided in each holiday home. Guests should familiarize themselves with these details upon arrival.
Locking Up: Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
Fire Safety: No open flames, including candles, are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the holiday home.
Amenities and Services
Internet and Utilities: Complimentary Wi-Fi and essential utilities are provided. Please use these resources responsibly.
Maintenance: In case of any maintenance issues, guests should contact management immediately. Efforts will be made to address the issue promptly
Complaints and Disputes
Reporting Issues: Any issues or complaints should be reported to management as soon as possible. We strive to resolve all concerns promptly and fairly.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
Liability
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any loss or damage.
Injury and Accidents: Guests use the holiday home and its facilities at their own risk. The management is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the stay.
Amendments
Policy Changes: The management reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Windows and Fees
- Cancellation 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount, including any deposits.
- Cancellation between 14-29 days before check-in: Refund of 50% of the booking amount. [Deposit may be forfeited, if applicable.]
- Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in: No refund, and the full amount of the booking will be charged.
2. Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be considered last-minute. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the full booking amount will be charged.
- No-Shows: If guests do not arrive on the day of check-in without prior notice, no refund will be provided, and the full amount of the booking will be charged.
3. Early Departures
- No refunds will be given for early departures, whether voluntary or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, illness, or personal emergencies.
4. Changes to Reservations
- Date Changes: Guests are allowed to change the dates of their booking, subject to availability and the following conditions:
- Changes made 30 days or more before check-in: No fee will be charged, but any difference in rates will apply.
- Changes made within the cancellation window will be treated as a cancellation, and the above cancellation fees will apply.
- Reduction in Stay Duration: If you choose to reduce the length of your stay, cancellation fees will apply for the cancelled nights if changes are made within the cancellation window.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation confirmation and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- Please note that additional service fees charged by third-party booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) may not be refundable, and guests should refer to the platform’s specific policies for such cases.
6. Non-Refundable Bookings
- If you book under a special promotion or discounted rate that is marked as “non-refundable,” no refunds will be issued regardless of the cancellation time frame. We advise guests to review booking details carefully before confirming reservations.
7. Security Deposit Refunds
- Security deposits will be collected by card or cash upon arrival.
- Any security deposits collected for damages or incidentals will be refunded within 15 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or breach of terms during your stay.
- If a cancellation occurs outside the refundable window, the security deposit may also be forfeited as part of the cancellation fee.
8. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
- In the event of extreme, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel bans, or other force majeure events, we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, we may offer a refund, reschedule the booking, or provide a credit towards a future stay, at our discretion.
- Personal circumstances such as illness, transportation issues, or last-minute changes of mind will not qualify for an exception to the cancellation policy.
